Use a kitchen safe degreaser. Spray onto a clean microfiber cloth and wipe. If it's severe, you can spray onto the cabinet and let it sit for a minute. I wear a mask when I do it at my parents where the build up was pretty severe.

Use Purple Power from Walmart. This is the best stuff. You can dilute it for many uses and it is only $5.

If they are wood, use Murphy's Oil Soap.
Hello, I tend to use a soapy water Dawn solution for mild weekly cleaning and Murphy’s oil soap for more moderete cleaning jobs. Murphy's oil soap is an excellent all purpose wood cleaner.
For greasy kitchen cabinets -I would suggest Krud Kutter

Murphy's oil Soap works well for at least a moderate level of greasy cabinets, for a lighter inbetween clean I like Orange Glo.
I use TSP substitute in a spray bottle mixed with water and a rag. Cleans grease right off with zero effort.
Hi Deb, if they are greasy finger prints, this should hopefully this will help you,
The oily residue on fingers can leave behind unsightly marks on cabinet doors and hardware. Cleaning kitchen cabinets with vinegar will easily remove fingerprints. Dampen a cloth in a 50-50 solution of water and vinegar, apply to the prints, and buff clean with a polishing cloth.
