I love to craft and decorate for Halloween, and this year I thought it would be funny to create “beauty products” to decorate with. What might a witch or ghoul have sitting on their bathroom counter at home? I let me imagination run wild and came up with these four fun ideas.
Supplies Used to make Halloween Bottles:
  • Brown Kraft Printable Labels from OnlineLabels.com

  • Free – Free Printable
  • Various bottles
  • Mod Podge Sheer Colors
  • Plastic skulls and hand
Various ribbons and lace
I used miniature skull shaped beads to fill this jar of "vitamins". I got both the cute apothecary style jar and the creepy, spooky little skull heads online from Darice via Consumer Crafts .com . I used a combination of new and thrifted bottles.
Some of the jars were tinted to create colorful pieces. This bottle was an old candle jar, but it's perfect for this project because the flat surface on the top is great for decorating and embellishing.
I combined recycled jars with some craft store purchases. I decided to set these Halloween bottles up in my guest bathroom on the sink, to create a creepy vanity for visitors to giggle about. I love to decorate forgotten spaces, like the bathroom, for holidays, because it is so unexpected! Have fun crafting and creating Halloween decor for your entire home!
