If you happened to catch some of my more recent posts, you may have caught my DIY Easter Bunny Family Décor that I made using, moss, paint, material and burlap…
Well, I ended up having a ton of the spring-patterned fabric that I used left over, so I needed some way to use it up…
Although I love a good wreath, I really wasn’t that familiar with rag wreaths before I made this one. And let me tell you, it was so easy to make!
The first thing that I had to do, was find a wreath form, since I completely forgot to purchase one! Oops! I ended up using an old wire hanger, and just used my hands to form it into the shape of a circle…
Next I cut up all of my material into about 7-inch long by 1.5-inch pieces.
[Psst! You can check out my Burlap Rag Wreath, here!]
Now I hope I can explain this next step so that it’s not too confusing! Instead of tying the material around the hanger, I did this instead… I folded my material in half, and then wrapped it around my hanger by feeding the two loose ends of the strip back through the loop at the other end of my strip.
