Hello! Posted below is a link to my tutorial on the 30 inch ruffle style wreath technique. In the video I used fabric mesh, which is softer and a little easier to work with than deco mesh. This method can absolutely be used with deco mesh as well though! Fabric mesh is more expensive than deco mesh, so keep that in mind when gathering supplies for the project. Ribbon cost can vary greatly as well. I had done the wreath in a Christmas theme, but you can do anything you'd like! :)
