Polka Dot Golden Easter Egg Wreath #EasterEggs

Hello Hometalk Friends! Remember Easter egg hunts and searching for the elusive golden egg? Create this simple wreath and hunt no more...
I have been getting busy with gold paint lately and I am enjoying adding the gilded accents to my spring decor. I found this mossy ribbon half price at Michael's and decided it would serve as the "grass" for my eggs.
After painting some thrift store plastic eggs gold, I added white polka dots with the end of my paint brush. (This one's resting on my spool of ribbon, ready for drying.)
I attached the moss with the hot glue gun, stretching a piece and then gluing until the wreath form was covered. I used exactly one 2 1/2 yard roll of ribbon for a 12" wreath.
I finished the wreath by tying a double bow at the top and then gluing on the eggs and...
...a tiny bee--just bee-cause ;)
