There are 2 ways you can do depending on size and surface you are going over.
You can buy cork in rolls and install like wallpaper using construction adhesive,, add trim as a frame.
You can buy sheets of homosote that is one sided with cork. Comes like drywall 4 x8 ft sheets, 1/2" thick. (Usually used for sound proofing). You can also frame that out .
Get a large cork board from michaels then paint it and section off pieces for different notices

Remi....You can buy the cork board and put a frame around it attaching hooks for hanging. Good luck!
