I definitely could tell you how to do it as I have done it on glass, wood, metal. mirror etc. As you see I do traditional decoupage. Gluing a solid piece of paper onto something is not decoupage but of course it is infinitely less difficult, than what decoupers do. (Not sure that is the right word) In traditional decoupage you must cut out each separate element (flower, etc by itself) so in the last picture the bouquet is really made up as a real one would be by separate flowers. And then they are carefully placed (in this case backwards. . . that is on their faces. .. so they look like they are coming out of the vase)
