Add some twine to hold the twigs together. The fill in with dried grass so you could use moss.

You could always hire a bird to do the job for you.

Hello sometimes vines are easier to make the nest with, if you cannot find natural vines in your yard or habitat maybe consider soaking a grapevine wreath and pulling pieces out of that and then installing your twigs into the vine base.

I would weave the sticks in and out of each other. Start at the bottom with a small circle and build the sides up. Add small twigs, feathers, string, it will look like a real one!
