I once made one by sewing across the legs and crotch, using the zipper as it was and attaching straps to the loops. The legs also offer you options, with two seams already there. I've also used long strips for weaving. There are literally hundreds of clever projects out there! Currently I am saving pockets, planning on making a sewing machine cover with pockets.
