Hello. It might depend on the type of wreath form you’re using. They can vary to be foam, wire or straw. Generally they are just wrapped in a circular fashion unless its too bulky for your particular form. Hope this helps!
Find the wreath that is as close to the one you have a question about and click on that for more info:

If you're using fresh garland, you can wrap the garland in a circle shape that matches the size of a wire wreath frame. Then use zip ties to secure the garland to the wreath form.
Attach the end of the garland to the wreath from and then begin wrapping as if it is a bracelet around a wrist. Continue until you have covered the entire form. I use "pipe cleaners" to attach mine.
If you are using it to 'fill-out' and existing wreath, Attach one end of the garland with floral wire to the wreath and wrap/weave the garland around it, filling in where needed. Attach the other end with floral wire too.
It depends on the type of garland, and the type and size of wreath form/frame you're using. If the garland you're using is bulky you would wrap it in a circular fashion and attach to a wire wreath form. If the garland is not very bulky you can wrap around a foam or metal wreath form.
