Kim: I would use the cord... as it's more muted and simpler... thus, highlighting the unique central design of this lovely piece!
I think the cord brings out the flower and other items- beautiful job on this project
Agree with Nan. It pulls the centerpiece together. Looks nice.
I would use cord and maybe add tassels
I like the cord as is--it adds to the graceful style of the piece.
It's beautiful Kim and I agree with Nan, go for the cord
I like the cord as it adds a simple elegance and think the color of it is just right! You may have difficulty getting the "dye" just right. A beautiful piece you have. Enjoy!
Hello there,
I would use a piece of dowelling and thread it through the top leaving it long on both ends. I would then tie a length of cord in a look knot at centre and fasten off each end of the dowel with a knot and leave some cord hanging each side. I would then tie a knot in each end of the cord about 2/3" from end and unravel the cord to become tassels. Hope that helps.
Hi Kim. I agree with above comments. Use the cord for sure. This is stunning and would be beautiful in most decor's. Good luck Kim. Stay well and healthy.
Hi! I would use both. Pretty hooks could support it for display. I might wrap the dowel in ribbon or floss, but it's lovely as is. Good luck and stay safe!
I would use the cord
Beautiful project! I think cord as a finish accent is the best
