As I was searching for perfect hostess gift ideas, handmade wine bags kept popping up. There were wine bags made of burlap, cotton and denim to name a few. What can be more perfect than a bottle of wine for the host/hostess of the party made extra special with a handmade wine bag?

Embellish the bag with some ready made flowers and twine. Some homemade leaves cut from my scraps of denim and outlined with pieces of twine.
Old denim jeans make a perfect gift bag for a bottle of wine. The legs of the jeans lend themselves perfectly to this project.
Add some handmade coaster and this is the perfect Hostess gift for the next summertime gathering.
