Hi Terrial, you can do that using a double curtain rod. It has two rods about 4 inches apart (guessing on that measurement). You can probably get one at Walmart or on Amazon

Are you trying to hang them or upcycle them? If you want to upcycle them you could use them as a room separator or as wall decor. If you want to hang them you an hang them on one rod or you can buy two swinging rods so one lays over the other and they open to access the window.
If you don't have a curtain rod you could attach a board at the top with hooks or nails and create a look like this.
