If you have a doorway between the bathroom and the rest of the rooms, you could use a tension rod and hang a curtain.
Also if you mean a room divider within the bathroom, there are brackets with tracks that you could install and hang your curtain.
Here are some examples from Amazon:

Hi Carol, you can find some beautiful ideas here - https://www.housebeautiful.com/room-decorating/g27348734/room-divider-ideas/. If you don't come right, you can use a shower curtain as a room divider. This tutorial explains how - https://lauralhome.com/blogs/decor/40645953-multi-purpose-shower-curtains
I would put up a rod and hang a curtain.
Hello a half wall or ceiling curtain might be considered
What about adding a reclaimed door? You could use barn door hardware is there isn’t space for the door to swing. Sound privacy is nice in a bathroom too. :)
hang a curtain or could you add a door? a barn door that slides shut would work as well
You can hang a curtain rod on the ceiling and use drapes/curtains in the area that needs privacy.
Since I don't know what you have to work with here are a few ideas:
Add a door.
Put up a curtain (for the bathroom you could even use a shower curtain).
Depending on how divided you’re looking to do or not, I made a dip dyed string curtain. Maybe something like that will work for you: https://www.flippingtheflip.com/2017/09/dip-dyed-string-curtain.html
I personally suggest to hang a curtain😊
Hi Carol, this is a great easy way to create a hanging divider

Carol you could also use a fabric shower curtain or even a blackout curtain
You could suspend a shower curtain or 2. I did that when my daughter went to camp for a month. I used an eye bolt and ran a heavy cord through it, then hung the curtain on that. You could use 3M Command cord bundler instead of the eye bolt.
Hang a shower curtain from the ceiling from a rod where you want the privacy screen to go
You can hang up a barn door
Fit thick or two together Shower curtains. That should do it.
