A hinged frame may be an option. Here are some ideas https://everydayoldhouse.com/how-to-conceal-an-electrical-panel/
Does it have a cover on it? You could then hang a large poster on painting over it.
here is info and I have also seen them with a canvas picture hung over them so it looks like a piece of art not the panel box

Just paint them the same color as the wall so they blend in.
Assuming it has a metal door access to it, paint it so it's less noticeable or find a picture or canvas print that fits over it. Another option is to call attention to it by painting it a different color and adding snapshots etc. by using magnets to attach them.
I would hang a large canvas painting over it.

If you decide to put something over the panel to hide it remember that different locations have different rules regarding this. Also your home insurance company might also have something about this in your insurance policy depending on the company.
I live in Oregon and here are some suggestions from the city of Portland. "Maintain 30” clearance in front of, and clear access to, all electrical panels. Clearance around and access to your electrical panels allows firefighters to access circuit breakers quickly in case of emergency. If your panels are in an enclosed room, provide permanent signage (i.e. “Electrical Room”) to indicate location." But to be fair this is regarding commercial and multi family buildings.
I purchased a large canvas wall hanging that says "HOME" and hung with command hook to hide mine. It's easy to remove when we need to access since it is light weight.
You can also paint it the same color as the rest of the wall or paint a design onto the panel to make it look like a piece of art.
Can you just paint it to match your wall color? Use a primer spray then paint with either spray paint or the wall color.
You can paint them the same color as wall for them to blend, or you could also hang a large canvas painting over it.
The easiest thing to do is hand a picture over it.
You want it to blend in and still have access a coat of paint the same color as the wall should do the trick.
