A framed item might work. Or a small pendant containing crumbled petals that you could wear.
If they were cut live flowers , you can hang upside down to dry and then keep in a vase.

You can press them and then surround them around a picture of your loved one and frame it! (I did that with my wedding bouquet with a wedding day pic) but you could totally do that in this case as well!
You can dry them between pages of a book and then when they are dried you can frame them.
A shadow box would be nice. Add some personal ties to the deceased.
