I have two Professor Sargent Camellias and want to plant them next to a brick wall. How far from the wall should I dig the holes?

About 2.5' to 3' from the wall so that at when it reaches mature size it still has room to breathe without touching the wall.

That depends on the depth of your Flower Bed, but I'd say in the middle of your depth.
