Hello Suedibenedetto :) I have posted a link below that tells you all about pruning roses and I do truly hope it helps you. There is nothing quite as lovely as a well cared for and helathy rose bush no matter what type of rose it is. What makes them so special, anyway? I love flowers of all sorts but when I see a rose bush my heart just kind of skips a beat :)https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/6832330/list/pruning-secrets-for-exquisite-rosesGood Luck Sue, nd thank you for asking HOMETALK for an answer :)Helpful Reply -

Depends where you live. They need cool weather for their dormant stage after cutting. Here it's good to cut them in June. After the heat of summer has really gone and before the coldest part of winter. Why not ask your local nursery?Helpful Reply -
