If it can, where would be a likely place from which to get this plant?
Have you tried using the site Plantapp?
Sorry I have no idea what plant this is
Appears to be a kalanchoe that is suffering from not enough light. Pinch it back to encourage it to fill in, give it some more light and all purpose fertilizer which will also help it to bloom
Is it possibly a Peperomia? I’ll agree that it needs more light.

Hoya
The app picture this will help to identify the plant
try the app named "Picture This".
It is not a kalanchoe, I have plenty of them potted in my backyard. But it does look like some kind of succulent
Could it be a Hoya(sp?) plant?
I did see some Hoya varities today that kind of look like this one.
For plant identification use the app. "Picture this".
Take picture. Full description will follow.
is it a Hoya plant ?
Looks like it could be a Hoya
Kalanchoe has serrated edges, Hoya has pointy leaves and there a lot of different varieties of pepperomia. I'm voting for the last one.
