How do I identify this dahlia?

The squirrels dug and tossed the name tag on this little dahlia. Would love to know the name.

Hi Naomi! Gosh, I didn't know there were so many red dahlias out there. Put your cursor over the image and right click. You'll get a drop down menu. Toward the bottom you'll see "Search Google for image" Select that and you'll get a suggested name of the flower, but there are usually about a dozen other selections. That will open you up to a lot of suggestions. It's hard for us to help because the flower will have differing stages of growth.
It's a beautiful dahlia. I can see why you want more! Good Luck!
Wow,there are sooooo many varieties Try the" Dahlia Society Identification chart"link below it'll take awhile Go to "classification guide" click on, HHMMMM, I'd say "color" to start then on maybe "Flame" since it has yellow edging then you'll have to click on each one to see which matches. .I love Dahlias they are alot of work but well worth the beauty of colors https://dahlia.org/guide/
Hi. Looks like a "Gitts Respect". But I'm particle to "Celeste". Seems to fit her, don't you think?
Maybe you could take your picture to your local greenhouse where they are “knowledgeable” and they could help you identify the color name. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.
Hello there,
You could look up The Dahlia Society as they may be able to help you. Best wishes......
Use a plant identifier app. It gives great suggestions based on your photo of it.
I am fairly sure that this is a "Red Garnet" Dahlia. Google that name and see if you agree.
