Hi, not sure if your plant is a Monstera but it looks like it. Brown spots normally show some problem with the amount of water your plant gets and looking at these spots she could be suffering from over-watering.

It looks like the plant needs some more watering and maybe sunlight. I would cut the dead pieces off and give it a little miracle grow, water and filtered sunlight.
