Fill them with water and place upside down(usually) in potted plant soil....If you mean in reference to some kind of project idea you need to clarify what you are asking.
I love those. They are such a help. Just fill them up and put the pointed part into the plant.
You fill them with water , then quickly turn them and stick them in the dirt behind the plant .
You don't stick them in the planter, you stick them in the planter. Just push them in the dirt. Didn't they come with and instruction sheet?
