I haven't done this personally but I would hold a hairdryer close to it for a few minutes and SLOWLY peel it from the top to the bottom. If it tears or leaves blotches and you can't get a neat pull off you will have to sand it smooth with a palm sander.

  One cabinet peeled right off, and then the one next to it not so easy....I tried a blow dryer and a steamer and to no avail...
