Paint the inside with Unicorn spit. Then seal with an oils based sealer.

You could remove the glass and replace with wood or even chicken wire.
How about a decorative window film? Here are some links.

You could cover it with contact paper in a really pretty pattern.
Frosted glass looks sleek and modern...textured glass does, too!
I like the way it looks now, but you can remove and replace with something more appealing to you such as chicken wire or beadboard panels. Or you could take them off altogether and have open style shelving and paint the interior a different color.
Chicken wire would look great!! Or if you don't want a see through look, you can go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy these tin looking sheets (but they are plastic and you can cut them with a scissor), and glue them in from the inside. They are sooo nice and about $20 a 18x18 sheet.
Frosted glass or chicken wire would look nice.
those sound like a foux tin panels--there a many designs to choose from.
if you like the look of reed glass, green house poly carbonate panels. would work.
Yes the glass doors for the cabinet looks more good that the other wooden doors.
Do you mean the plastic tin looking sheets/tile? If so, they usually are in a stand near the kitchen cabinets in Lowes and Home Depot and they are, I think 18x18 in size. They look like the old fashioned tin ceiling tiles they used years ago on the ceiling. I believe I paid about $20 a Tile. You can hot glue them on the inside of your cabinet door because they are heavy duty plastic or gorilla glue. Good luck and let me know how you made out.
Is one side of the glass smooth? If so, you can spray the smooth side of the glass with spray adhesive and apply a fabric that you like on it. put that side outward in the frame. that is what i did. depending on the environment, you could use something waterproof/wipe-able or just regular fabric.
You could also do punched tin inserts....https://www.google.com/search?q=pictures+of+punched+tin+designs&client=opera&hs=sAV&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjinbj0j8TXAhVG62MKHazuBE4Q7AkIWQ&biw=1366&bih=629
I would replace some with six panel glass doors and leave others off (open)
I think the glass is beautiful. I used stain glass paint on windows about 10 years back. Still looks good. It is also removalable and can guard the integrity of the glass for future homeowners. It makes for great privacy.
Waterfall glass looks great. You could use fabri, One rod at the top and another at the bottom. The material gathered, on the rods. In a color that matches your kitchen. There are different types of wire, (not just chicken wire). And reminder to paint the wire the same color as your hinges. 😇
You can buy aluminum with a nice diamond design and replace the glass. You can pait the glass a different color. Michaels and Hobby Lobby sell glass paint.
Try easy to remove contact paper and see if you like it.
I cover my glass doors with fabric and it's so easy. No hardware or screws, no rods or damage to the wood. https://www.exquisitelyunremarkable.com/2015/03/creating-charm-with-fabric.html
Not sure the look you want but you might color block it with masking tape and paint with translucent glass paint for a different look.
