I think this looks nice...are you not happy with it?
Maybe find some cute little stackable bins in pastel colors to brighten up the space? What do you have in the cabinets above your coffee station? Can you utilize some of that space to clear up the counter?
Is there space next to the counter or somewhere else in the kitchen to add a small cart for coffee/tea? I had the same issue (and not a ton of extra countertop) and found an old magazine stand at the thrift store for under $20. I stained it, tightened a few screws, added my "flair" and then Boom, Coffee Cart ♡ (and bonus was it freed up counter top space!!)
I use a under the keurig coffee pod holder and a basket in the cabinet for extra. I have a cabinet j like you do above mine and a cute metal dollar store basket holds my extra co supplies and keeps the clutter off my counter

I used a roll top bread box to store items in and it has a shelf on top to put sugar bowl, tea jar and a cup for stirring spoons. I use an fancy antique glass sugar bowl and ornate spoon and fill it with large crystal sugar. Looks so fancy and everybody comments on it.
I would suggest a nice short curtain rod or nice painted 1/2 inch wooden dowel hung near the back bottom portion of cabinet. Then you can get some small wire baskets and hang with S-hooks or shower curtain hooks. These can be purchased or painted to match decor or for a pop of color. I’m including a picture of something I have in my kitchen but can easily be changed for under cabinet. Mine is a simple tension rod between two cabinets and baskets hold garlic, onions, and shallots. And yes, that onion is growing!
I hung two wooden racks on the wall over one another, but they make them in stainless also..... https://www.wayfair.com/kitchen-tabletop/pdp/cal-flame-outdoor-kitchen-islands-spice-rack-fmn1117.html?piid=17765065 don't know how wide that space is next to coffee pot
