You can use command hooks on the inside doors of your cupboard:

I hung mine on the inside of my cabinet doors. I measured out my lids for placement on the two inside cabinet doors,, outlined them with marker on the door and used screws (careful not to drill through cabinet door!) Next I took rubber bands and wrapped them around the edges of the screws to hold the lids in place and also create some cushioning on the metal and glass of the lids. It works great and now my lids are where I need them instead of Lost in the abyss in my cupboards! I bought a wire rack that I think was for plates (maybe a drying rack?) and use it for my lids. It works great!
