How do you make a no-sew sock gnome?

its me again. lol. Can anyone help me with this project. Im tryng to make sock gnomes. I can do the body but I cant seem to get hat right. Ive looked at pinterest n did the way i saw it and its not looking good. also I have conflicting ways that tell me how to do a nose n what to use for the nose. My hands have osteoarthritis n dont function the way they use to. Is what it is. So if there is anyone who could tell me a way to do the gnomes easier would be most grateful. thanks again everyone.

Yes the videos are helpful to figure out the assembly, many folks use a stuffed nose some use a wooden ball. Be careful with the glue gun, I have hand arthritis too......
