We have a covered porch and wasps & yellow jackets keep building nests under the Adirondack chairs and wicker furniture. Any suggestions other than checking and spraying weekly?
We seem to have some unwelcome Mickeys and Minnies in our house. What is the best way to get rid of them?
I want to remove my popcorn ceiling, but it has asbestos in it. How do I go about this safely?
How do I fill gaps at baseboard, should I caulk? If so, does anyone know how to caulk baseboards?
How do I fix squeaky hardwood floors?
Hi Anne, Do you have a grey plastic bag, If so you have the answer. Blow it up to the size of a large football and tie a knot in it to secure. Cut off excess and throw away. Stick a loop on top of ball (this is to represent a nest). Hang up on your Porch and the wasps will not come by as they fear it could be a competitors nest.. It is possible to by Decoys Nests from Plant centres and in England they cost about £9.....Good luck!
SPRAY COOKING OIL OR WD 40 WHERE THEY ARE BUILDING. They cannot build on oil. Repeat a necessary.
We had this problem. Spray WD40 under and warp problem gone
