Just cut the top 1/3 off of a pop bottle, remove the cap, put the top of the bottle into the bottom 2/3's of the bottle. Put some sweet liquid in the bottom, about 1" from the bottle opening, where the cap went, and Bob's your uncle! Works great for bees and wasps, too.
