What can I do to keep raccoons out of my flower beds and flower pots?
Hi Rozee, Try putting some wood mulch on top of the dirt in your potted plants and in your gardens! I catch squirrels that dig in mine and I put bamboo sticks, pointy side up and they leave them alone now! I don't know if that would work for chipmunks, but if you have some, you could give it a try!
Hope this helps!
Hello Rozee, I recommend using shredded Irish Spring bar soap. You can shred it on a box grater or even a food processor. You could also put human hair in your garden. Your local hair salon should be able to give you as much as you want (probably) free. Both methods are effective and inexpensive. Hope this helps.
I throw sunflower seeds on the ground in the bird feeding area and find the chipmonks and squirrels are happy with that!
