Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
First, there are good ant for your garden and then there are the bad ones. There are several type of ants and you need to find out what you have. I googled, "why ant get in to flower beds." and found a lot of information. Check that out before you do anything. Good luck.
Check out diatomaceous earth. As long as it doesn't wash away, you can use it outside. It is still effective if it gets wet.
They break down organic matter, aereate the soil and pollinate flowers. If they aren't biting you try to let them do their jobs. are you asking about killing them?
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
a good way suing non chemical will be to use diatomaceous and spread all over the pot
