Yes you can! If you have a small deck entry going into your home--why not! I have heard however, that it can be slippery with rain, snow and ice. Any other Hometalkers out there who know?

Hello Richard and Susan I have a Front entry way with composite decking. I love it. It is not slick in the rain, as it has lines like wood grain on the surface. My porch faces the south and when it was installed in 2003 the posts have faded from the sunlight. They may have better superior product now. I used to have carpenter bees and aunts on my old wood porch but that is not the case now. This particular brand was one that Menards carried.
