How to hide utility Meters?
This is a photo of the utility meters outside my condo. Unfortunately I have several which I would like to hide but with easy access for service people to read and adjust. I have received permission from the board to install a trellis screen but I am still stumped. The area is 55" wide x 72" high.

Call the utility companies, first, as hiding meters by any method is prohibied in many areas.
Since you have permission from electric company I would go with the trellis using vinyl and vinyl posts. If the shrubs can remain the trellis would not have to go to the ground I wouldn't think. Good luck!
Hello DLA, this is a challenging situation that I share too. I have a box on the front of my house as well. Here’s a link with some visual solutions -perhaps there might be one that you might like to consider or modify to your taste?.

Lattice, at least 3' from the furthest point of the meter. I can't imagine any inspector or utility complaining about that, if it's ok with the HOA. No to anything more permanent.
