How can I stop my neighbor’s dirt from “leaking” into my yard?
There is a fence between my townhouse patio and my neighbor’s. Their yard is higher than mine, and their dirt “leaks” into my yard on that side.

Build a small retaining wall. Cinderblock, slumpstone, bricks, etc.
You need a taller physical barrier of stone, brick, etc., with landscape fabric behind it, and probably gravel and terracing, if their property is much higher. You could plant large trees and shrubs, with ground cover, but the growth time could be years.
