What do I use to seal a mosaic table to be used outside?

If it's going to be out in the weather, you might consider a weatherproof polyurethane sealer.
Most mosaics are already weatherproof as is grout. Just use tile sealer. What is the biggest issue is what you applied the tile too. Is that water proof, like concrete board used in showers? I glued mine to wood and plywood and that started to rot. Lasted about 4 years, finally had to throw away. Next time concrete board.
I make a house number using cd and sealed it with marine varnish. It has been outside for years and still going good.

Marine Spar Varnish.
Exterior polyurethane, like marine strength.
Maybe Yacht Varnish?
Another vote for marine spar varnish.
Waterproof acrylic sealants are best for outdoor projects or ones that are exposed to water, and a water resistant acrylic product for indoor projects. Your local tile store should be able to advise you on the right product for your project.
