I would take out all draws make shelf’s then add a top to it realy shiny top maybe steel or Formica something for out side

Hi, Set it out where you want it, Throw a plastic coated tablecloth over it and then stack it with Bottles Cans and Glasses............Pop a bowl of water near buy for rinsing glasses and there you have it.
Just understand that plain wood left outside will deteriorate pretty quickly from rain, snow.
