Ask your Water Company!
The aerator may need cleaning or the valve needs adjusting.

Remove and clean the faucet aerator thoroughly, or replace it with a new one. Remove and clean the flow restrictor, increase the size of the flow restrictor hole, or remove it entirely and replace the aerator without replacing the flow restrictor.
If it's only this sink, you probably have a clogged line. I had that happen on my cold line in one bathroom. They had worked on the water lines in the area and I had sediment in the line. I removed the faucet filter and cleaned it quite a few times over 3 days.
Is it just this sink or is it everything? If it’s everything, that just may be the way it is where you are or you can contact your local water department. If it’s just this sink, something might be clogging things up.
Sounds like something is restricting the flow, check the aerator and also for a clog in the water line from the valve under the sink to the faucet. Just unscrew the aerator and see if it has minerals/sediment that is blocking the flow. Also, it could be a blocked valve, check that out.
Also have you checked the valve under the sink to see if they are open all the way?
If it is both hot and cold water that is a slow flow, then it is something common to the system and not the individual hot/cold water handles.
The aerator needs to be cleaned.

I would try replacing the faucet before attempting anything else. From the hard water stains in the picture its very possible that you have a calcium build up in your faucet.
Hi Shoshana, check with the water company, there could be a main break in your area. Also, check for leaks in your house and outside the home, this could be a cause too, and lastly it may just be high demand for water.
