You can try the age old idea of rubbing a walnut over them. I would probably just take a little dark stain and rub it over them with a rag.Helpful Reply -

There's this stuff in the grocery store - right next to the waxes and polishes. It looks like crayons - three in a pack (different colors). It's supposed to work for this problem. I can't remember the name. But I'll look and get back to you. Good luck! JHHelpful Reply -

I find Old English furniture polish does this for my furniture. If the scratches are deep enough to be gouges, try the furniture wax crayons to fill them in, then apply the Old English Furniture polish. It comes in dark or light color too. I have used it for years and you would not know my furniture is 20 yrs old and older by the lack of scratches!Helpful Reply -

there us a product on the market called Restore-A-Finish that will not only solve your scratch problem but make the piece look wonderful. I collect boxes and cleaned 2 this summer that looked hopeless. They were black walnut under the dirt and abuse and are now lovely showpieces in my home. trust me, you will love this product and it comes in, I believe, 12 diff. colors. Not affiliated, just a "happy customer" Their PR is great too, will ans. your emails promptly and precisley.Helpful Reply- See 1 previous

I go with Naomie Moore! That is what I do. I use Minwax Blend Fil pencils and Minwax Stain markers. Come in all wood tones. Home Depot, Menard's, Ace Hardware.Helpful Reply -
