Time for the Duck Tape! If you can’t find tape that matches the current bench, fin something contrasting and decorate more than the bench with it, like the worn edges of the table or seats. Best wishes!
There are repair kits for leather and vinyl. I just typed in leather repair on Amazon and there were several kits under '$20.
If it's in a seam, you can see it or have it sewn by an upholsteter. If a tear, I saw kits for that on Amazon. Hope it works out.
