How can we raise a small dip in our concrete driveway?

How can we raise a small dip in our concrete driveway right by the stairs that fills with water and then get icy And dangerous every winter. It is just 2’ x 2’. We are both retired seniors and won’t be able to do anything too complicated. The driveway is a creamy white not fancy. Most important thing is to have it safe so I don’t slip at the bottom of the stairs again

I would buy some quikrete leveling concrete at Lowes or home depot and fill in the dip with a trowel. It will adhere because it is made to do that.
