Is this a purchased gazebo? I would use cinder blocks at each of the posts. You can paint to coordinate with your color scheme and top with potted plants. Typically the "feet" have holes where you can stake into the ground. I would use lengths of rebar as you can an go deeper than with standard tent stakes.
You have to secure it with large bolts set in concrete submerged in the ground. I had 100lb iron blocks on all 4 corners tied to it and still blew off. Had to dig footers at each corner 2ft deep and add large eye bolts to tie it down. It held it but winds still tore up tops. Finally built a wooden one.
here in AZ as the day temps climb into 100s(already) the winds always get really strong in late afternoon/eve. many places that have shade cloth,tent canopies,gazebo structures have slits in them to let wind pass thru yet provide shade--not much good in hard rains but keeps the situation from being dangerous structure lifting up with the weighted items or it ripping/shredding
