I would look into waterproofing that area and making sure the drainage takes water away from the house. If it is a recent build, I would talk to the person who remodeled/added on to the house. The wall may need to be modified or rebuilt.
It sounds like they didn't put flashing on the house and they didn't slope the concrete away from it. They may have to tear it up and properly fix the whole thing. The sooner you address the situation, the better. With water getting into the house, mold could quickly develop. Also check your gutters and make sure they aren't clogged. Put extensions on the down spouts the channel water away from the house.
All great suggestions! Was this build done to code and permits pulled? If not, that is part of the problem right there. Without a photo or knowing exactly how they constructed the extension, it may all need to be demolished and start over. Sorry, that is not what you want to hear, building codes are in place to help you, the consumer and homeowner and save you from less than knowledgeable contractors.
Surprisingly we passed the final inspection. Im attaching some pictures. Wood frame at window side don’t have any water barrier like silicon, tart. The door side have silicon at the door plate.
