Remove leaking outdoor faucet and fix moldy concrete wall?
We just started to clean the laundry room and when we moved the dryer, we saw that the wall where water line going outside is super moldy. I tried to replace the outdoor faucet with a new one we have, but of course the screws are completely stripped from who knows when. I wouldn’t be asking if this was drywall. But we have concrete walls (house built in 65). how in the world do I get those stripped screws out, fix this and not break the bank? i don’t know what I’m doing

When it comes to plumbing, if you don't know what you're doing, my advice is hire a professional. A bleach solution should clean up the mold on the concrete.
Vinegar or hydrogen peroxide will take care of the mold than I would paint of the area with a anti mold concrete paint. After that I think your best bet would be to cut the pipe and replace the entire situation with new parts.

And clean the concrete
The best solution is to scrub and clean the affected areas with a mold-killing detergent or a simple solution of household bleach and water. Be sure to scrub aggressively to get down into the pores of the concrete. Let the detergent or bleach solution soak in for a while to ensure that all the mold is killed.
Here are different ways to remove the screw https://www.artofmanliness.com/articles/how-to-remove-a-stripped-screw/
Clean the area with white vinegar and Dawn. It does a better job than bleach. Let it dry completely.
Hope you can get the screws out. But if you cannot call a plumber they will be able to replace the pipes.
You really need to call someone who knows what they are doing. If the mold is severe I would ask a pro about that also.
One more about the mold:

The heads of the screws can be drilled out. Turn the water off to the valve. The pipe can be cut from the inside and valve removed. Mold can be cleaned a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. Vinegar also kills mold spores. Then you can replace the valve.
