How do I an cover ugly glass mosaic backsplash?

and stick this may trap moisture and greas causing peeling off.

Paint is plausible if you get glass paint.

Or maybe just pick what you do like about it, a color maybe in the tile and accent that color in your decorating.

Paint is your best bet. I would scruff it up with sand paper to allow the paint to stick.

Hi Annie! You want the easiest way? I'd say paint, because that will work with the current texture of the backsplash. You'll need to sand it so that the paint will adhere. Or you could use Dixie Belle paint products- they have a product called Slick Stick, which will allow the backsplash to accept paint after it dries. However you decide to paint, I would suggest a topcoat of some sort, which will keep you from wiping the paint off when you clean splashes on the wall.

As for the other ideas - wallpaper and peel and stick faux tile both need a smooth surface to adhere well. Tin tiles need a way to attach them, usually nails or tacks, neither of which will go through your current glass mosaic. It may be possible to use liquid nails, but I'm really not sure of that. It is possible you might be able to do faux brick and then paint it, but again, you'd probably have to use liquid nails to get it to stay put. If you do that and use liquid nails and some time in the future you either find the time or the inclination or the money to have someone else put up a new backsplash, they will probably have to remove everything, including the drywall, put up new drywall and then proceed to replace the backsplash.

Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits. The paint you use must be epoxy based or it will fail. Proper prep is the key.

If it wouldn't protrude too far from your wall, you could consider a sheet of glass or plexiglass, under which you could paint or attach a photo/mural of your choice. Ashere the glass to the wall using mirror clips and wall anchors, if needed.

Hi Annie, you can put a peel & stick wallpaper over it! they make so many colors!

Paint the glass, use paint specifically for glass, be sure to prep the glass properly.

Cover it with ceramic tiles!
