New ideas for incoorporating some tiles into a bathroom makeover

    You can find nice floor and wall tile for $1 to $2 per square foot. Use that less expensive tile for most of the work, and then incorporate luxury tile as accents.

    Instead of tiling all the bathroom walls, tile only around the tub and shower, and use drywall for the rest of the area.

    Hi Dawn, hope this inspires you. If you want to add a bit of fun to your bathroom, consider using brightly coloured tiles. Classic subway tiles can give a more traditional look to your areas. Textured tiles are never out of fashion! If you want to create a spa-like atmosphere in your bathroom, consider using stone or pebble tiles.

    Accent tile? I would lay them out and use sparingly.
