Unfortunately no. Floor tiles are subjected to everyday traffic, and because ceramic tiles are non-porous and unable to absorb the primer or paint, the painted layer will wear away. Sorry, I know there are lots of paint companies that sell tile paints but if you read the small print it will normally say that it's not meant for high traffic areas. If you do find something I would love to know about it. We have these awful ceramic tiles in our house that I would love to paint over too.
