Cheap ain’t easy! A shovel with a flat edge will get the tiles up with a lot of muscle behind it. Cracking all the tiles with a heavy hammer (wear safety glasses) will make the job easier but is time consuming. It’s a difficult job, but you can do it if you take your time. ☺️
Is it actual tile? In that case, a small pry bar will help. If it's vinyl tile, pry it up from the edges, using heat to loosen the glue holding it.
And.....it all depends on how it was laid in the first place! Our house was built in 1940 and the tile guys had it down! They put a layer of concrete with wire mesh imbeded in it. They leveled this layer and when dry applied the tile in the usual manner. Laster a very long time, but when we had a major leak under the floor, it took the pros with heavy equipment two hays to get the floor up in a 10x5 bathroom. So try to check on how your tile is laid, first.
