Grout pens will do the trick, they have them at Home Depot, Lowes, and of course Amazon.

Mapei Grout Renew is the best product ever. They have 31 colors on their website, but you can find a few colors at Floor and Decor. It is only $10 a bottle and a little goes a long way. It has a sealer in it so the grout will not get mold. I have used it on two bathroom floors and it has lasted years. It is more expensive on Amazon. Home Depot used to sell it. Don't know if they still do.

Paint on an emulsion paint in the colour of your choice, using an Artist Brush. It will be worth it in the end.

Using a foam brush as wide as the grout, work in small sections at a time with small amounts of paint. Apply the grout paint with long strokes. Paint one coat over the whole surface and clean as you go. Let dry completely, according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

I painted my off white grout in my bathroom floor to dark gray. I used exterior paint and then sealed it. I'm sure it receives much more wear & tear than a black splash and it has held up great. I did it about 8 months ago.

We have done this a few times and used "Paint Pens" we found at Home Depot. It's held up really well!
