You have your frames now get silicone caulking. This will be your glue. Also get 2 small hinges and silicone them to your top frame and one of the sides. Your top is optional (to keep the moisture in). From there I would go to a local nursery to get soil or pebbles or algae grass for bottom of terrarium. They will also have terrarium plants you can buy. Have fun.
