Mosaic is the first thing that comes to my mind!
Craft projects are what come to mind. How much do you have?
You could use them on the bottom of pots for drainage over the weep hole.
Make a mosaic.

What a great opportunity! You can make concrete stepping stones using the pieces. Just make sure any curved pieces at curved side up and/or sharp edges are submerged in the concrete. They can be used decoratively, or in an actual path. You can also dress up plain terra cotta pots or wooden planters! What a great way to recycle! Come back with pictures once you’ve decided what to do, would love to see what you come up with!!!
